Deposits
A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required prior to photo shoot to secure date and time slots. Reschedules are allowed and deposits may be applied to another date for the photo shoot. In the event that the Photographer, EyeAttraction cancels a full refund will be given within 3-10 business days.
Edits/Retouched Photographs
Return time of images occurs between 5 and 7 days and no later than 7 days.
Copyrights and Reproduction for collaborations:
All photographs taken by Eyeattraction photography are the property of Eyeattraction photography and are protected by United States Copyright Laws (U.S. Code Title 17). The Photographer shall retain the copyrights in perpetuity, regardless of possession or ownership of photographs, digital files or any other format of reproduction. You agree to purchase prints and products directly from EA. You agree not to make copies for sale or for the purpose of circumventing sale or for promotional or commercial or for the usage of merchandising of and with the images by Eyeattraction photography. Clients and third parties (all parties with no rights of usage) may not reproduce images in any manner without Photographer’s explicit written permission.
